Identify at least few recent legit plays with solid dips and eventually went to ATH.

5. Solve the script and look at results

Those are the wallets that bought multiple dips in given time ranges in projects that eventually went up. Now you can check those addresses yourself and potentially add to your tracking database.

Important note: sometimes the script may display a final list that includes contracts instead of wallets, but you can easily filter them out.
